SHAI “Refer a Friend & Get a Free Renew Serum” – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • The offer is open to existing SHAI customers aged 18 or over.

  • Referrals must be new customers who have never purchased from SHAI before.

2. How It Works

  • Refer a friend using your unique referral link or code provided by SHAI.

  • Your friend must make a qualifying first purchase of at least €50 on www.shaiskincare.com.

  • Once your friend’s order is confirmed (i.e., not canceled or returned), you will receive one free full-size Renew Daily Hydrating Serum (€53.50 value).

  • There is no limit to how many friends you can refer — you’ll receive one serum per successful referral.

3. Reward Delivery

  • Your free Renew Serum will be shipped within 14 days after your friend’s purchase is confirmed.

  • Free serum rewards will be shipped to the original address used for your SHAI account unless otherwise specified.

4. Restrictions

  • Self-referrals (i.e., referring yourself) are not allowed and will void the promotion.

  • Friends must use your unique referral link or code at checkout; referrals not tracked by our system will not qualify.

  • The free serum is not exchangeable for cash, credit, or other products.

  • This offer cannot be combined with other referral programs, promotional codes, or discounts.

5. Fraud & Abuse

  • SHAI reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of manipulating or abusing the referral program.

  • SHAI may cancel or modify the program at any time without prior notice.

6. Program Duration

  • The campaign is active from September 1, 2025 to 31 December 2025 unless extended or terminated earlier by SHAI.
